Fix file hệ thống thì nó làm được những gì ( khi gặp trường hợp máy không vào được win, không loading.. hay không vào được chữ welcome của win, mở máy lên đen thui thùi lùi ) thì ta dùng thẳng này.
Fix file userinit thì vào được chữ welcome hay loading.. vào tới win nhưng màn hình đen thui, hay bị logoff khi vào tới win. thì sử lý bằng chức năng này
